The five-story, steel-framed building features load-bearing, architectural concrete walls through the fourth floor, with the fifth floor and the entire west elevation of the building featuring curtain wall. Curtain wall has been used strategically to highlight skyline views. The concrete walls create visual interest through horizontal and vertical shifts of colored bands creating an illusion of woven materials. |
